Production runs 7 to 12 days for stock colours and 12 to 18 days for custom print including artwork approval. MOQ logic is print-driven: plain stock bags ship by the pallet, printed house-brand bags amortise the print setup from around 5,000-10,000 pieces per design, and container programs mix sizes and styles to balance a retail range. A 40-foot container carries a very large piece count — this is bulky, light freight — so the real planning number is pieces per month of your retail velocity, not container weight. First orders land in four to five weeks door to door; standing print repeats run three.
