Siddhii Global is an ISO-certified manufacturer and exporter of PP/HDPE woven sacks, BOPP laminated bags, leno mesh bags, garbage bags, greenhouse films, shrink films, stretch films, mulch films, pond liners, FIBC jumbo bags, and woven fabrics. We serve both domestic and international markets from our manufacturing facility in Kalol, Gujarat, India.

Payment terms and conditions vary based on order type, customer relationship, and destination:

• Domestic orders: Payment terms as mutually agreed upon confirmation of order
• Export orders: Advance payment or Letter of Credit (LC) as per international trade terms
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, freight, and insurance unless stated otherwise
• Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged as per Indian tax regulations
• Overdue payments may attract interest at the rate specified in the invoice or proforma

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on production schedules, logistics, and external factors beyond our control. For domestic orders, we ship from our Kalol facility using trusted logistics partners. For export orders, we arrange shipping as per agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.) from designated Indian ports. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the buyer upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, trademarks, and software, is the property of Siddhii Global and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. 8. Product Quality and Warranty

Siddhii Global maintains ISO-certified quality standards across all product lines. Warranty terms include:

• Products are warranted to conform to agreed specifications at the time of delivery
• Any quality claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of receiving the shipment
• Our liability is limited to replacement of defective products or credit adjustment
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper storage, handling, or usage
• Custom-manufactured products are produced to buyer specifications and are non-returnable unless defective

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Siddhii Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the website or our products and services. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
